Phicon is led by Aleksandar Vasiljevic, a Chartered Senior Geotechnical Engineer with extensive experience supporting major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK and internationally.
Aleks has spent his career working within multidisciplinary delivery teams, helping to resolve complex ground challenges, strengthen design robustness, and support construction teams under programme pressure.
This experience underpins Phicon’s approach — offering calm, practical and well-judged geotechnical support that integrates seamlessly into live projects.
